Spongetale（正式译名为“海绵传说”）是由Keno9988创作的，将代入美国动画片《海绵宝宝》及其衍生电影《海绵宝宝历险记》的角色、设定和世界观代入进Undertale的同人项目。

Long ago, two races rules over Earth: LAND DWELLERS and SEA DWELLERS. 很久以前，地球由两个种族共同统治：大地的居民与大海的居民。 One day, war broke out between the two races. 直到某天，一场战争粉碎了两个种族共存的局面。 After a long,well-fought battle, the land dwellers were victorious. 经过一场漫长而惨烈的斗争，大地的居民取得了战争的胜利。 They imprisoned the sea dwellers deeper in the ocean with an impenetrable barrier. 他们用一道无法逾越的屏障把大海的居民囚禁在海洋的深处。 Legends say that those who venture into these seas do not retrun. 传说那些冒险闯入那片禁忌之海的人们，再也没有回还。 |
故事开篇
在海王子崔顿懵懂的青春时期，他偶遇了痞老板。
痞老板借崔顿之权利建立自己的帝国。
海洋居民为此苦不堪言。
直到某一天，海绵宝宝与他的朋友派大星成功击败了痞老板。
崔顿也因此受到巨大的打击。

- 该项目保留代入人物的个性及其之间的关系。
- 该项目Pearl/珍珍的角色站位是否为Napstablook尚未证实。
- 该项目无对应Gaster角色站位的人物。
- 该项目曾有过官方制作游戏，但因大部分制作人员退出而被迫中止。
- Keno9988曾在2017年1月2日开展了“Spongetale音乐大赛”，[4]而最终获胜的是Soufon制作的Plantolovania - 80’s Mix。[5]
