Chara
- 担任该项目的主角，以第一人称视角兼任旁白。
Temmie
- 前身为Monster Kid。
- 有着与Deltarune中的Temmie相似的服装与外貌。
- 通常情况下表现得十分蠢笨，在说话时采用十分混乱的口语，包含有大小写混用、发音不标准、拼写错误等，但其实际上具备使用规范语法正常说话的能力。
- 可以佐证的是，在中立线路Temmie吸收六个灵魂后，其在其战前对话中时而采用正常规范的口语以恐吓主角。
- 在初遇主角时藏在一个箱子里。其并不会尝试杀死主角，而是会在主角于中立线路与Toriel交战后变得严肃和可怕。[1]
Asgore
- 配有与Undertale中相同的金色肩甲与三角符文胸徽，穿着缀有粉色花朵图案的紫色长袖。
- 在初遇时认出了主角的人类身份，并以地底有许多野兽而人类不受欢迎为由要求陪伴指引主角。
- 与主角相处的过程中表现得非常有礼节。
- 在主角于其战斗教学遭遇Mad Dummy袭击时，Asgore呼喊着让主角快逃并因此而与主角走散。
- 在Ancient Home的尽头试图阻止主角通过，而为自己将要进行的行为向主角感到抱歉。
- 在和平线路中前来拜访Toriel而碰巧与主角重逢。
Mettaton
- 仍然是机器人。
- 因未知原因在Ancient Home中关机，被主角重新启动后对其发动了攻击。
- 在Fireflew再次与主角相遇时对其先前的行为表示歉意后邀请主角进入其家中。
- 发现了一条无人知晓的的出入Ancient Home的新路径。[2]
- 仍希望成为一个明星，但其理想目前仍未实现。
- 舞池机取代了闪电蜗牛。
Papyrus
- 身着红色拉链卫衣与蓝色短裤。
- 仍采用全大写字母的说话风格。
- 表现得十分自恋浮夸，自誉为“谜题大师”，仍以“伟大的”形容自己。
- 在初遇主角时使用谜题阻挡人类。
- 在灭族路线临近尾声之际出面称要给主角一个教训并变得严肃。
Sans
- 白色T恤，粉色拖鞋，双手插裤兜。
- 在重制版本中，Sans穿着类似商店制服的一件蓝色衬衫，内衬白色长袖，鞋子为紫色。
- 仍采用全小写字母的说话风格，喜欢说双关语。
- 仍表现得幽默，但似乎减少了些许的懒惰。
- 在战斗中使用蓝色灵魂。[3]
- 并不会与主角约会，取而代之的是一起消遣，此时Sans穿着了一套“经典服装”。
- 在中立结局中开了一家杂货店。
- 死亡方式与Undertale中相同，即尝试躲避后遭到另一致命击伤。[4]
Alphys
- 皇家守卫的首领，穿着忍者服饰并学习了空手道。
- 仍表现得胆怯而不自信。
- 并非Sans的上属，而似乎与他是某种朋友关系。被Sans以证实了主角的善良为由忠告不要攻击主角。
- 与Undertale中Undyne直接发起追逐战不同，Alphys在第一次发现人类时先是表现出了慌张，随后启动了周围的橙蓝激光，而在第二次时朝着主角追逐着丢出带电的手里剑。[5]
- 在战斗中使用黄色灵魂。[3]
Dummy
- 在遭遇主角时表现出了相当厌恶、悲观与虚无的态度。对主角进行言语侮辱后称其将会毁了主角的生活。
- 在灭族路线中，其最终变为了Sad Dummy。[6]
- 其中的幽灵后来附身了Undyne的战士玩偶系列收藏中的重装机兵，形象为一只乘着坦克履带的狗，对应Undertale中Mad Mew Mew的战斗。[7]
Undyne
- 一位科学家，CENTRE的现任经理，穿戴着白色大褂、棕色长靴与蓝色护目镜。
- 仍表现得非常大咧开朗。
- 在初遇主角时主动喊Napstablook出来会见人类。
- 全程陪伴着Napstablook一起进行各项娱乐活动，虽然最终总是以混乱收场。
- 令人惊奇的是，Undyne在中立线路中全程没有一次想杀死主角的想法。
- 在灭族路线中布置了大量陷阱与Napstablook共同对抗主角。[8]
Napstablook
- 保持着其幽灵的形态，是CENTRE的一名员工，穿戴蓝色制服外套与黑色耳机。
- 一位音乐家，有一个名为“The Dappers”的乐队，主要演奏节奏蓝调、放克和索尔乐。
- 仍然不善言辞。
- 乒乓游戏取代了问答秀，对Undyne的Alphys的爱恋并不知情，反而是Undyne在此处主动谈论Alphys。
- 仍在养殖蜗牛，在向主角展示时不慎导致蜗牛大量逃跑及后来的活动中三番五次的意外。
- 在CENTRE的尽头发起了由Undyne主持的与主角的决斗，使用绿色灵魂。[3]
- EX形态名为NapstaBrute X，实为Napstablook穿戴上了由Undyne制作的机器人装甲。如果主角在与之战斗时选择攻击，最终机甲将会被打坏，而Napstablook在机甲爆炸前得以逃脱。[9]
- NEO形态名为Blookbuster，设计参考了漫威漫画旗下作品中的反浩克装甲，而Napstablook最终因机甲爆炸未能逃脱丧身。[10]
Toriel
- 身着礼服，配色与Undertale中类似。
- 在与Asgore离婚后独自一人搬到了Modern City，是地底的现任统治者。
- 尝试阻止主角离开，并在最终要求主角证明自己足够强大而发起了战斗。
Monster Kid
- Asgore与Toriel的养子。
- 保留了其在Undertale中的语言习惯。
Frisk
- Asgore与Toriel的养子。
