Undertale: Last Breath™（简称Last Breath™或Last Breath™ Inc.，正式译名：“传说之下：终焉之嬉”）是一场在2021年间开展的恶搞性质音乐创作活动，其旨在以“Undertale: Last Breath续写阶段”的名义对Undertale同人社区的音乐进行翻版创作。
该活动由Lunaxis举办并由Kture等人以Mr. Last Breath的身份代为管理，其在Bilibili平台经由TEAM 190进行转载与管理。参与该活动主要通过在其官方Discord内投稿审核，同时在SoundCloud平台的公开投稿方面，创作者须使用符合规定标题与曲绘。
历程
背景
2020年下半年，围绕Undertale: Last Breath及其作者Zerjox的指控在Undertale社区持续发酵。该指控主要针对Zerjox涉嫌盗用MCatR的引擎制作游戏一事，同时Zerjox的自负以及其创作的内容被认为想法不新颖也被Urnix等人作为其指控内容之一。[1][2]另一方面，作为对Undertale: Last Breath剧情的讽刺，社区内开始出现以夸张的阶段数和Sans立绘作为噱头的恶搞内容。[3][4]尽管事发后Zerjox对指控进行了回应并与相关人员和解，[5][6]但社区对其的审丑恶搞并没有因此停止。[7]
活动
2021年1月18日，Lunaxis以“Undertale: Last Breath第31阶段”的名义投稿了原为写给Gaster的MEGALOVANIA——Dark Zone的翻新版本，Kture为其提供了曲绘。[8]随后几天，Lunaxis又以同样的方式接连投稿了Our Broken Constellations、Rainferno、Megaloglamour与Los Desperados等曲目。此举后来又被Xaev及其友人Esquii与Aleccio先后模仿，使得这一创作投稿形式逐渐成为一股浪潮。[9][10][11]
同年2月，Kture创建了名为“Mr. Last Breath”的SoundCloud账号。[12]随后，其开始在以该恶搞形式投稿的音轨评论区多次表态，并自称是“Last Breath版权股份有限公司”的代表。[13]同月3日，Mr. Last Breath在SoundCloud发布了一则语音澄清公告，其要求相关创作者须遵循相关规定——包括使用特定的阶段数、标注相关人员（或“公司”）等先前在评论区已多次声明的内容。同时，Mr. Last Breath还声明若拒绝遵守规定，其将会使用“法律手段”。[14]6日，Mr. Last Breath公开了官方Discord服务器作为活动作品的正式提交渠道。[15]7日，Mr. Last Breath的分支账号“Mr. First Breath”投稿了一首名为“Consequences of Law”的曲目，在其简介的配文中，Zerjox的“Last Breath版权股份有限公司”被Mr. Last Breath夺取。[16]随后某段时间，Kture将该活动的管理权移交至Xaev等人。[12]
2021年3月11日，Mr. Last Breath在SoundCloud发布公告为自己先前的“欺骗行为”致歉。[17]同月，Mr. First Breath账号投稿了Undertale: First Breath三部曲的其余两首作品，其描述了Zerjox在与Mr. Last Breath就“Last Breath版权股份有限公司”的法律纠纷中最终取得胜利，公司/项目的归属权也重新回到Zerjox之手的事件。[18][19]随着三部曲的完结，这一创作活动也就此结束。
后续
在活动期间与之后，Zerjox并未对其发表过任何公开评论，而Undertale: Last Breath的重启工作也在指控事件结束后逐步开展。2021年上半年，Juorical冒名顶替TropicTV——曾在2017至2019年间活跃于SoundCloud的音乐人，后因被揭露盗窃他人FLP而离开社区[20]——加入了Last Breath制作团队，并为该项目创作了数首一度作为官方内容的曲目。
同年7月，Juorical将Last Breath官方服务器的管理员权限授予Xaev与Jakw，前者在此期间多以“Mr. Last Breath”的身份活跃于Discord，其马甲Zuhzau的SoundCloud补档账号也一度更名为“Mr. Last Breath”。[21]同月10日，三人利用权限之便先后摧毁该项目的GameJolt主页以及其他社交账号，并冒充作Zerjox以恶意诋毁其本人。[22]当天的数小时后，Last Breath的GameJolt主页得以恢复，肇事的三人随后也被管理员封禁处理。[23]
