Dusttale（韩语：“더스트테일”）是由Krutus、ㄴㄴ以及Calvateyla共同创作的，假设Sans在Undertale灭族线路中实施屠杀的续写历史类型同人项目。
Dusttale的正典内容仅包含文字设定概念及其相关画作，前者由上述三位创作者以及社区编写并已基本完善，其余内容也在Tumblr提问博客“Ask-Dusttale”中得以补充。由于Krutus与ㄴㄴ实际已离开互联网并断开了彼此间的联系[a]，Calvateyla成为了该项目的唯一活跃管理者，但其对Dusttale的构想往往不被其认作是完全官方或正典内容。
历程
2016年2月10日，Krutus在韩国论坛网站DC Inside发布了其应别人的请求绘制的对同族实施屠杀的Sans。[1][2]随后，Krutus又进一步补充了角色设定——Sans因某种外界力量变得不再受重置影响，麻木的他逐渐对玩家心生怒火，于是杀死了所有怪物迫使游戏无法正常进行。[3]当天，匿名用户ㄴㄴ在阅读了Krutus的帖子后为Sans绘制了新的形象，同时敲定下“Dusttale”与“Murder Sans”等沿用至今的名字。[4][5]
同年2月至3月，Dusttale这一概念在DC Inside社区中的同人创作中逐渐完善。[6]在此期间，ㄴㄴ提出了Papyrus的形象概念，[7][8]Calvateyla也在该项目的创作相较成熟之际参与进了Dusttale的制作。[9][10]
同年3月下旬，Calvateyla为Dusttale创建了官方Twitter账号，其起初用于在该平台转发或发布官方设定内容，[11]而后主要用于转发同人作品。4月18日，Calvateyla在Archive of Our Own开始连载其创作的小说《미친 시간 연작》。[12][13]该小说于同年6月28日以七章完结，[14]同时被定性为Dusttale的半官方小说。[15][16][17]
同年5月，Calvateyla为Dusttale创建了Tumblr账号作为问答博客，[18]其亦由Calvateyla进行管理，而另外两位创作者Krutus与ㄴㄴ则选择匿名不公开身份。[19][20][21]但随着Calvateyla与其他创作者失去了联系，[22]拥有官方账号的Calvateyla遂成为了该项目的唯一活跃管理者。尽管如此，Calvateyla认为自己对该项目的大部分个人构想都不能被认作是完全代表正典的内容[23][24]——包括其于2018年3月发布的小说《미쳐가는 시간》[b]，[25][26]故这一作品同样被定性作半官方作品。[27]
背景故事
Undertale的世界里反复上演着灭族的戏码。
不知为何，Sans每次在灭族线路身死前，这个世界就会恢复到原初的状态。
尽管世界被重置了，但Sans的记忆并未被抹去，他决定通过获取LOVE来阻止人类，最终覆水难收。[28]
角色信息
人类
- 并非Frisk或Chara。Sans也不再称其为“孩子”。相反，他将直接称呼其为人类或玩家。
- 使Sans在过头的灭族中陷入疯狂的罪魁祸首。就算Sans在重置中失去了记忆，故事也不会受太大的影响。
- 依然可以存读档和重置。
- 人类也有选择仁慈的权利，但如果人类这么做了，Sans会相当生气，因为人类的这种举动对他而言就像是欺骗一样。[28]
Sans
- 可称之为Murder!Sans，或简称为Murder。
- 并未丧失重置前的记忆，因此他记得每一次的重置与存读档，也会经历无数的轮回。
- 最初的轮回中，他的疯狂程度较低，但随着轮回数的推进，受到LOVE影响的他将逐渐失去本我。
- 罪孽深重而遭受着梦魇的报应。他不愿进入梦乡以逃避这些梦魇，即失眠。
- 尽管不像以前那样喜欢开玩笑，但他仍然会这么做。
- 出于置人类于死地的意愿而不再怠惰。
- 与其诘问“Do you wanna have a bad time”，他会高下立判说“We're gonna have a MAD time”。
- 会积极地阻止人类，因为他不知道一旦其成功灭族将会有何后果。
- 由于LOVE的增长，他不会轻易地死去。和人类一样，他的EXP与LOVE会随世界的重置而重置。
- 并没有兴趣夺取人类的灵魂。他的目标并非夺取灵魂而获得自由或变得更强，他的所作所为仅仅是为了阻止人类。
- 外衣颜色并不固定，可以是黑色、海军蓝色、蓝色、灰色或任何你希望的颜色。
- 逝去的怪物会化作尘埃附着在其外套上。
- 穿着一件连帽衫。
- 失去正义的他眼睛不再闪黄光，取而代之的是对人类抱有杀意的红光。
- 闪光眼因红蓝光混合而显紫色，[29]其代表着毅力。
- 其Gaster Blaster外观基本上和原作的Gaster Blaster一致，除了它的眼睛，可以是紫色、红中蓝、红色、原作蓝等等。
- 尽管不像以前那样喜欢开玩笑，但他仍然会这么做。
- 疯狂而难以预测。
- 乐于疯狂、残暴与屠戮。
- 会采取卑劣的手段而毫不在乎。
- 最初的轮回中，他会背负强烈的负罪感，但随着轮回数的推进，这种感觉将不断减少。
- 会频繁地同Papyrus的幻影闲谈，而在他人眼中，他只是自言自语罢了。

- 只留有Papyrus的头部、围巾和一双手，并飘浮在空中。
- 与Papyrus不同，他的性格相当残暴，例如会催促Murder!Sans进行屠戮等。[28]
